But when all your time and energy is spent managing it, then they can be a lot to keep up with. Many rental companies just work 9-5, but who is there between 5-9 when life still happens? When a lot of the focus in 2020 was about who we can rely on in our communities, we made sure that was a big priority to provide a local Utah’s Best representative 24/7 and taking meticulous care of our homes and support for our owners.

Full-Time, On-Call

Maintenance Staff

We have a full-time staff member who is always on site 40+ hours a week with a maintenance staff on call in case there is ever a problem which we can resolve quickly.

We have proven processes and procedures that keep our maintenance staff in the loop when there’s damages and they are dispatched immediately to repair any damages caused by our guests. Utah’s Best requires accidental damage insurance that the guests pay for on every reservation to protect our homes and owners.






Guest Screening

We have a system to vet all our guests to significantly minimize parties, events, fraud and damages. This helps keep your home in good condition and avoid future problems for everyone.

We have a strict rental contract that allows us to fine guests for breaking our rules and disrespecting our homes and neighbors. Our homeowners come first and we will do whatever it takes to deter bad renters, enforce our contract and protect our owners from unruly guests.

We provide documentation upfront outlining our strict policies and post rules and helpful information in the homes as well.
